Mr. John
Akhamie served in various capacities as branch manager, senior
manager, Zonal manager, Chief Surveyor and a partner in Harriman
& Co. (a foremost indigenous Estate firm) before branching out
to set up his own practice under the name and style of John
Akhamie & Co.
He has participated
actively in the letting/management of various classes of landed
properties and single handedly carried out or supervised major
valuation assignments for both Federal State Government and
their parastatals as well as private firms and individuals.
In addition, Mr. John
Akhamie has up till date always attended refresher courses often
organized by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and
Valuers and Allied Institutions on various contemporary topics.
At
present he is a member of the following professional committees:
