Messrs John Akhamie & Company is an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in the Federal Republic of Nigeria

The firm was established in 1992

We are recognised by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria to practice in Real Estate Consultancy throughout the country.

We are also a corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and to which many of our professional Staff belong.

EXPERIENCE

We have carried out major Real Estate Consultancy Services for Federal/State Governments and their parastatals, reputable organizations as well as individuals.

JOB DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Delivery of reports on small and medium size jobs (simple industrial, office or residential developments, plant and Machinery etc.) is within 7-14 days

Large industrial companies, chains of premises and assets spread nationwide or over large geographical areas may take between 30-90 days post commissioning for submission. However, where a time limit is imposed, we usually comply.

THE FIRM’S STRUCTURE

The Principal Partner/Chief Consultant of the Firm is Mr. John Akhamie. He is supported by an Associate Partner and a team of experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well as sub professionals/technical staff.
